Rooms with a balcony are great for a breath of fresh air. The staff here are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome 😊. The location is amazing, just a short 10-15 minute walk away from the historic Walls.

Our room was not only nicely equipped, but also spotless with the balcony, an adequate shower plus an iron. Got hearty and delicious breakfasts with generous portions, Colombian plus even pressed coffee.

The hotel's personalized service made our stay really special. the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They gave us great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and made sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions within walking distance. We also loved the rooftop lounge and the opportunity to relax in the hot tub.

While the rooms were spacious and modern, they were noisy during the day with a lot of street noise. the interiors were also quite dark, which made it difficult to read comfortably.
